Welcome to Bella Bean Trading Company ("we", "our", or "us"). By accessing or purchasing from our website or any affiliated sales platform, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Product Fulfillment & Shipping

  • Your coffee order begins the roasting process within 24 hours of receiving your order to ensure maximum freshness.
  • Most orders ship within 2 business days via USPS.
  • Our goal is for you to receive your order within 7 days, though shipping times may vary based on product type, location, and carrier.
  • Once shipped, risk of loss and title for the items transfer to the buyer.

2. Returns & Refunds

  • Due to the perishable nature of some of our products (including coffee, treats, and supplements), we do not accept returns on consumables.
  • Non-perishable merchandise (such as mugs, bowls, or apparel) may be eligible for exchange or store credit within 14 days, provided items are unused and in original condition. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.
  • If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or defective, contact us at [email protected] or call 239-360-1655 within 7 days of delivery. We’ll do our best to make it right.

3. Subscriptions

  • By enrolling in a subscription, you authorize recurring charges at the selected frequency.
  • You may pause, cancel, or modify your subscription at any time through your customer portal or by contacting us at least 7 days before your next scheduled order.
  • Changes made with less than 7 days' notice may not take effect until the following billing cycle.

4. Use of Website & Content

  • All content, images, branding, and text on our website are the intellectual property of Bella Bean Trading Company and may not be used without written permission.
  • We may update, suspend, or discontinue any part of our website, product offerings, or policies at any time without notice.

5. Giving Back

  • 25% of profits from every purchase are donated to Cape Coral Animal Shelter & Clinic, calculated quarterly after operating expenses.

6. Product Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

  • Our products—including but not limited to coffee, pet treats, supplements, and accessories—are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.
  • You agree to use our products at your own risk. It is your responsibility to read all product labels and consult a veterinarian or physician if you or your pet have known allergies, sensitivities, or health conditions.
  • Bella Bean Trading Company is not liable for any adverse reactions, injuries, or losses arising from the use or misuse of our products.
  • Pet products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. Results may vary based on breed, size, health, and usage.
  • To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability shall not exceed the purchase price of the product in question.

7. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Bella Bean Trading Company, its owners, officers, employees, and affiliates from and against any and all claims, damages, liabilities, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from:

  • Your use or misuse of our products or website,
  • Your violation of these Terms,
  • Or your violation of any rights of a third party.

8. Privacy

  • Your personal data is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We do not sell or share your information with third parties for marketing purposes.

9. Modifications

  • We reserve the right to update or change these Terms at any time. Continued use of our site or services constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
